DUST CHILD BOOK EVENT FUNDRAISER

We had the blessing to partner with author Dr. Nguyễn Phan Quế Mai and @ravenouscouple to celebrate the release of Dust Child and her fundraiser to support disadvantaged Amerasians. Together, thanks to the amazing organizers, sponsors, & donors of this event, over $5,000 was raised!

We had the honor to also hear from author Le Ly Hayslip (@lely.hayslip), Quyen Ngo (@_quyenngo), Jason Nguyen (@soulgook ), and Kirk Kellerhals (@tran_van_kirk).

We were encouraged by the stories shared and to see the Vietnamese community come together!  

  

SUPPORTING OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD COLLECTION WEEK

November 15-22 a portion of ALL profits made from purchases at snpcenters.com went go directly into creating gift box for a child around the world in support of Operation Christmas Child collection week. If customers didn't want to purchase any of our products, they could also purchase a box from our website for $25 and it went directly to Operation Christmas Child.

DISASTER RELIEF - CONVOY OF HOPE & REACH GLOBAL

In October 2022, we were able to donate to support disaster relief for impacts of the Jackson, Mississippi Water Crisis, Hurricane Ian, and Hurricane Fiona which have displaced and changed the lives of many. ALL profits from every purchase made at snpcenters.com from October 17 - 24, 2022 were donated to Convoy of Hope and ReachGlobal.

EL SHADDAI MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL (ESMI)

In July 2021, we donated a portion of our profits to ESMI (El Shaddai Ministries International). This Haitian based organization is committed to sustainable care and development for Haiti through the founding of schools, orphanages, churches, small business and clinics in communities throughout the country. ESMI focuses on a holistic approach through education, evangelism, empathy, and economic development. https://www.esmihome.org

SUPPORTING THE AAPI COMMUNITY

As an Asian American company, we at SNP Centers have been mourning and grieving over the increase of Anti-Asian hate crimes in the past year. We stand firm in support of our fellow Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. From March 19 to April 1, 2021, we committed a portion of our proceeds directly to Asian Americans Advancing Justice (AAJC) and AAPI Women Lead. We encourage each of you to do further research of your own, as the work of dismantling racism goes far beyond the screen.

 

HOPE FOR TOMORROW

From February 21 to March 1, 2021, a portion of every purchase went towards supporting Hope for Tomorrow. Hope for Tomorrow is a non-profit organization established in 2005, based in Rockville, Maryland. It is 100% volunteer managed and seeks to provide: international dental & medical work, domestic dental work, infrastructure build out, educational assistance, human services, mentorship & scholarships, and senior support.

 

THE EQUAL JUSTICE INITIATIVE 

SNP Centers wanted to give back to our community for the holiday season. From Dec 7 - Dec 14, 2020, a portion of our proceeds went straight to the Equal Justice Initiative. (EJI). The Equal Justice Initiative has a big place in our hearts so we want to help them and their continued fight against injustice. You can learn more about them at http://eji.org

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD

From November 16-23, 2020, a portion of every purchase went towards making a gift box for Operation Christmas Child. Thank you to our supporters as we were able to fund our goal of 100 gift boxes this year!

MT. SAN ANTONIO GARDENS

On November 20, 2020 we demonstrated our "THANKS" to all the dedicated staff at Mt San Antonio Gardens, a local retirement community in Pomona, California.  We donated boxes of masks and 400 care packages of our Peppermint and Eucalyptus mini bottles. 

 

POMONA VALLEY HOSPITAL

At the end of October in 2020, we celebrated Halloween as well as the release of our new Eucalyptus and Peppermint minis, and donated 3,000 masks and care packages to the frontline workers at Pomona Valley Hospital.

REACH GLOBAL & CONVOY OF HOPE

In September 2020, we donated 100% of our profits for 24 hours to the nonprofits, Reach Global and Convoy of Hope. These two nonprofit organizations are close to our heart and have been working to support people who have been affected by natural disasters, such as hurricanes, wildfires and more. We ended up donating to them thanks to the help of @greyandmama, our customers, and our new Instagram followers!
